Named in honour of their home town. St Edmundsbury Cathedral has a great history - vines were grown within the Abbey Walls and in medieval times, a third of the Tithe to Rome paid in hogsheads of wine.

Containing lots of fruit it has a heavier 'mouthfeel'. The Red Ed has a generous nose and is packed with fruit flavours, plum, Rhubarb and cranberry. Great with game, pasta or a traditional roast.
